• These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Paws.ge / LLC PawsGE” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and regulate the use of the Paws.ge website & mobile app only. The website and/or related services, including any type of communication from the Company to clients regarding offered services, collectively referred to as the Paws.ge platform;

• Personal information that the Company obtains from you or third parties is processed in accordance with the “Personal Data Protection Policy” posted on the website, which is an integral part of this agreement;

• By agreeing to the terms and conditions of using Paws.ge, you also agree to the Paws.ge Personal Data Protection Policy;

• Since the user wishes to open a personal account on the platform managed by Paws.ge, so that the user can receive services from the company through the platform, the company and the user agree to enter into an agreement under which the following will occur:

• Opening an account by the user, using the account, providing services through the Paws.ge platform, paying for services by the user, closing the account;

• Please read these terms of use carefully before using the website;

• All users who wish to use the Paws.ge website are required to agree to and comply with the rules and conditions outlined below. The administration of Paws.ge reserves the right to make changes to these conditions at any time unilaterally by publishing on the same website without additional consent from the user.

1. Definition of Terms

1.1. In these conditions, the terms and definitions used have the meaning specified below, unless the context of the document clearly implies otherwise:

1.1.1. Account — a personal account registered by the user on the website;

1.1.2. Authorization — means the user's access to the personal account and includes any actions specified in Article 6 of these terms and conditions;

1.1.3. Terms of use — these terms, any other terms, and conditions that are considered part of these terms and regulate issues of access and use of the website by the user, including any content, features, and services offered on the website;

1.1.4. Website — means Paws.ge, through which services are offered;

1.1.5. User — a natural person who meets the requirements set forth in these conditions and wishes to purchase the company's products through the Paws.ge platform;

1.1.6. Company — LLC “PawsGE”, registered and existing under the laws of Georgia (registered in 2024 with identification number 405679412, legal address: Shartava Str. 35/37, 66);

1.1.7. User, users — a registered user on the Paws.ge website;

1.1.8. Parties — means the company and its user;

1.1.9. Paws.ge platform — the platform managed by Paws.ge, including the Paws.ge website without any restrictions;

1.1.10. Operation — any operation related to the user's personal account or services;

1.1.11. Universal identifiers — a set of data provided to the user by Paws.ge used for registration in the identification system and access to services offered by Paws.ge;

1.1.12. Access codes — codes, passwords, username, identification code, universal identifiers, and/or other confidential information that Paws.ge may provide to the user for access to various services;

1.1.13. Agreement — an agreement concluded between the user and Paws.ge, including these terms and conditions, the Personal Data Protection Policy, and attachments, if any;

1.1.14. Subscription fee — a fixed fee set by Paws.ge for a specific period for individual services;

1.2. Where context permits, singular words mean plural and vice versa.

2. Statements and Warranties

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the user confirms that:

2.1. Is 18 years old, a capable natural person;

2.2. Is fully (unlimitedly) capable, not under the influence of narcotic, alcoholic, psychotropic, or toxic substances, not under mistake, fraud, pressure, threat, or any unlawful influence, and is not the object of violence, threat, deception, or other prohibited actions by Paws.ge or any third party, fully understands the content of his/her will, the essence of the provisions of the conditions and their legal consequences;

2.3. Has full authority (or will obtain the necessary authority) to sign and fulfill the obligations provided by these conditions or any other agreements and applications;

2.4. Has read and accepts these conditions;

2.5. All data provided by him/her is accurate;

2.6. Is not engaged in or involved in any illegal activity (including money laundering, arms trafficking, terrorism, or other illegal activities) under the laws of any jurisdiction (including the laws of Georgia and the country of which the user is a citizen);

2.7. At the time of opening a personal account and for the entire duration of the agreement, his/her activities or actions are/will be in compliance with local and/or international laws;

2.8. His/her actions are not aimed at deceiving Paws.ge or any third party. The documents and/or information submitted to Paws.ge at the time of their submission are also accurate, truthful, and complete;

2.9. Will faithfully, fully, and properly fulfill the obligations undertaken by the conditions;

2.10. Agrees that after opening a personal account and until the termination of the agreement, Paws.ge may obtain/verify and process any information, including personal data or universal identifiers, specified by the user or related to him/her;

2.11. Will immediately notify Paws.ge in writing of any circumstances that may contradict these statements or lead to a violation of these warranties;

2.12. Paws.ge enters into an agreement based on these statements, warranties, and obligations and considers them terms of the agreement. Accordingly, after the conclusion of the agreement, a violation of the statements, warranties, and obligations provided by this article is sufficient ground for Paws.ge to unilaterally refuse to provide all or any of the services stipulated by the agreement and conditions.

3. For full use of Paws.ge services

3.1. The user registers on the Paws.ge website;

3.2. For registration, the user specifies a name, surname, email, and password, which is known only to him/her, and the system stores it in a hashed form, inaccessible to anyone except the owner;

3.3. To complete the registration and/or purchase of services, the user must check the box indicating agreement with the Paws.ge Personal Data Protection Policy. This box may already be checked for the convenience of the user and to simplify the process;

3.4. After completing the registration, the user can choose the desired service on the website;

3.5. To purchase services, additional information may be required: personal number, mobile phone number, actual address, etc.;

3.6. The company has the right to cancel the registration and the user's account in case of violation of the requirements provided by this agreement or law and dishonest actions;

4. Registered universal identifiers

4.1. Username — one of the parameters defined by the centralized identification system automatically, necessary for receiving services and authorization;

4.2. Password — one of the parameters required for authorization and receiving centralized remote services, which the user determines during registration in the centralized identification system, through selected Paws.ge remote service channels or other communication channels. The password is subject to subsequent updating/changing at the user's discretion;

4.3. Personal number — identification number;

4.4. User's email address — a unique identifier and email address where the user receives access codes and passwords necessary for performing operations defined by centralized remote services (if any). To receive centralized remote services, the user may be required to perform authorization by simple (using a name and password) or complex (using a name, password, and one-time code) method. The authorization method for using each relevant remote service channel/service is also registered in the centralized identification system;

4.5. For service improvement and/or security purposes, the company may determine additional or different user identifiers.

5. Authorization

5.1. After registering the account, the user undergoes authorization necessary for full use of the website services (having a profile/account and related functions);

5.2. Authorization is carried out using the user's universal identifiers.

6. Purchase of desired services by the user

6.1. The user can access various information and purchase services using the navigation buttons placed on the site, with or without authorization;

6.2. The user selects the desired service category using the search or other navigation buttons placed on the website;

6.3. The user can purchase services in two different standard and fast methods (hereinafter "fast method" or "standard method"):

6.4. When purchasing by one method:

6.4.1. The user selects and places the desired product in his/her cart by marking a special button;

6.4.2. After placing the product in the cart, the user is redirected to the purchase and payment page, where the product cost may include various service fees (e.g., delivery, installment surcharge) and places the order.

6.5. When purchasing by the second method:

6.5.1. The user selects the desired product and chooses the "Quick Buy" button;

6.5.2. After clicking the button, an additional window appears where the user selects the payment method. In case of payment by a plastic card, the user is redirected to the purchase page, where the process continues in accordance with the standard method. When choosing other payment methods, the user fills in the required information and confirms the order, after which the company will contact the user to fill in additional necessary information;

6.6. The user can receive products purchased through the Paws.ge platform within 1-2 working days in Tbilisi and 3-5 working days in the regions after the funds are credited to the company's account;

6.7. The user has the right to use the right to return or replace the purchased item in accordance with the attached return/replacement policy (articles #8 and 9);

6.8. Delivery of purchased products is carried out in all regions of Georgia, which the user can choose on the purchase page;

6.9. Payment is made by the following methods:

6.10. Depending on the chosen delivery method on the purchase page, payment can be made by plastic card and online transaction or bank transfer.

7. Settlements between Paws.ge and the user

7.1. The user can make payments using a credit card, which implies agreement with these terms and conditions;

7.2. The recipient of the transfer when paying by credit card is the company;

7.3. The user's obligation to the company is considered fulfilled from the moment the specific service cost is fully credited to the company's corresponding bank account;

7.4. The user makes payments to Paws.ge using VISA or MASTERCARD cards on the Paws.ge website;

7.5. When purchasing services that provide for use for a specific period, the user undertakes to pay the subscription fee;

7.6. Calculation and payment of the subscription fee are carried out in accordance with the conditions provided by the individual service;

7.7. The user's purchase of services offered on Paws.ge supports the activities of our platform. Donations received are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.
